Landfall not triggering on PW gems

I was playing through the final BFZ Tutorial story mission, put out the Hydra card, and made a 4-match of PW gems...no buff to the Hydra. This is either not triggering on PW gems or it is the no-duplicate-perm-buffs bug I just posted about in a diff thread.

Pretty sure landfall is related to the colors of magic and not the loyalty gems. Since landfall is related to lands/mana and all...0
