[Windows 10] Game freeze after finish loading

At first whenever i switch from different mode or missions, the game just freeze and I'll have to force close the game and start the game for it to work. But now it just freeze after loading up at the mission choosing screen and after a while the Comm Link Disrupted message shows up. Are there something wrong with the server or is it just me?
