Let the 1,2,3*s dominate PvE, while the 4,5*s dominate PvP?

    The reason the answer is no is because you never want to discourage players from progressing. 2-3* players can compete in PVE for placement with 4* players it is all about playing correctly if it is the new system or the old. If you punish 4* players by making PVE harder for them than 3* you are saying stop progressing in the game or we will punish you.
    Games should get harder as you keep playing but you should never be punished for progressing only rewarded

    this is why they need a 2 part system. one where you can only use 1-3 stars one you can use 4 and 5... but better rewards for 4 and 5


    game stopped progression for many once all you have is max 3 stars and getting hammered by 4 stars in pvp.
