You don't join a main bracket until you select an end time. The amount of people in your bracket should be in a red band above the black band that states how much time is left in the event. It is easiest to just check the last post in the thread, to see what the latest info someone has provided. If the time zone settings in your user profile are correct, you should be able view the time the person posted, to see how current their info is. There is a possibility of multiple brackets filling side by side, so join a "fresh" bracket at your own risk.

Useful info to provide

1)Time slice you are in
2)Current amount of people in bracket
3)Leader in bracket with amount of points
4)Time you joined the event, if it was not right before posting in the thread.

    Slice 4v at 252 players. Current leader is roofoo with 9594.

    Edit: (1p EST): now at 465 players, about +200 in 3 hours. A few leaders are tied with 16440.

    Hey all! Joined S3 on a whim - not planning on hitting this one very hard - and discovered a very fresh bracket. Currently at 45. I am very much a vet.
