Silver Surfer Health bug?

Not sure if this is a bug or if this is a change, but yesterday, my level 435 Silver Surfer showed health level at 42320 at max. Now he's showing 42281. (Screenshot below)

    His wiki page says it should be 42320 so it looks like something changed.

    My level 345 OML shows 18889 max health but his wiki page says 18916, which is what I remember it being recently. I spot checked some of my other characters, and they're all off by a bit.

    At level 450 he's supposed to have 47478 health according to both the character thread here and the wikia page. Mine at 450 has 47471. Only off by 7 points, but still off. Weirdly, it doesn't seem to be a linear change.
