Fastball Special, cascades and tile selection

The other day I was playing Juggs Heroic using Colossus, Rocket and Groot, and Scarlet Witch, and a weird phenomenon happened. I used fastball special to throw Rocket and Groot. On the turn that he landed, he casted "I Got a Plan", but at the same time, SWitch's Arcane Incantation went off, which caused a cascade. So then, when I had to choose R&G's countdown location, the red "cross-out" icons were on completely invalid tiles, and I was randomly unable to select certain basic tiles for the CD location. I suspect what happened is that when R&G's ability triggered, the locations that could be selected were calculated, and then SWitch's CD triggered and cascaded, messing up which locations were selectable. Pretty weird and corner-case, but figured I'd report it.
