Raging Tempest bug in Waves

If you kill the last enemy of a wave by hitting them for more than 20% of their max health, and 2* Storm is on the enemy team of the next wave, her Raging Tempest will trigger. Doesn't seem like that's intended

    You can also trigger an incoming 3* Captain Marvel in this way, and probably 3* Hulk and 4* Red Hulk.
