Changes in Season total anyone know whats going on

Monday morning i wake up and sad to see that i taken in season

51 place with 6952 pts

i go to play today and see SEASON has changed it now has me at

6952 as before but it says im 46th in season....


Anyone know why i jumped 5 ranks And how do i now ask to get a 10 pack cause i did not get the 10 pack before

    Happens every season and no one knows why the ranks change. You won't be getting any updated prizes unfortunately

    I'm guessing it's cause those accounts ahead of you got sandboxed or something similar?

    Paraphrasing what CS said to me, as I've tried to get compensation for this before and been denied, is effectively it's a display error. The bracket results are still locked in behind the scenes.
