loki's mischief tries to steal empty AP?

Some of his countdown tiles don't grab any AP- when this happens, the enemy tile status bar thingie doesn't pop out. When I check it, none of them have diminished. I haven't seen this happen until today, so I assume it's a bug.

my loki's level 167 5/3/5, for what it's worth.

edit: as i'm reading in the other thread about black widow, maybe this is happening when he tries to steal yellow?

    This seems the likely culprit, as it's affecting anything that reduces enemy yellow AP.

    This will be fixed in R98, per Demiurge.

    Not speaking as a moderator or for the developers: given past release schedules, I expect we'll see the fixed version around April 11th.
