Can we get a notification that a Red responds to a thread?

It's often great to know that a Red has responded directly to a thread (not including announcement threads, where it's clear they were involved, since they made the original post).

Sometimes their response gets lost in the middle. So is there a way to add a star or something to know that there is a Red response within that thread?

Or we as posters could just take matters in our own hands, and the thread creator could modify their subject to state "Red Response Included", or something like that.
