How to delete my facebook game, to start a new?

    This should work for you:

    Take note of your pvp name.

    1. Uninstall the app on your device and then reinstall it. That will get you a fresh game.

    2. Then go to facebook and remove the app.

    3. Send MPQ customer services a message using the ingame medium asking them to delete your facebook information. They will need your pvp name and your facebook ID number (if you google find my facebook ID there are websites that help you do this)

    4. Once they confirm its done you should be able to save the new game you made in step 1 to facebook again. You can obviously play the new game before now but it wont be backed up so just keep that in mind.

    Is this still the right procedure to do this?
    My son has to do this because he's changing smartphone but backupped on Facebook the new one before the older one.
    I know, he had to listen to me, but you know they never do so.
