Vision "Heavy" damage bonus not applied to criticals?

Just played a match in PVE. My Vision is boosted to LV169 for the current event.

His Heavy bonus is supposed to be +1048, but when I made a red critical match (Vision was tanking red), the bonus didn't seem to be applied. Based on the amount of health the enemy had remaining, they should've been downed, but the match & resulting cascade only did around 700-800 total. There were no special tiles on the board other than countdowns.


(EDIT: Yes, the match I played was part of the event, but even if it wasn't, my non-boosted Vision gets nearly +800 for his Heavy bonus, so on top of the critical match it still should've been enough)
