Windows Touch screen compatible ?

Hello
I`m purchasing a new windows pro surface 2 tablet , I think windows 8.1 and would like to know if the Steam version of this game ( PC) is compatible with touch screen ??

    Yup, I'm playing on my SP2 and it works great. There are 2 minor annoyances that I've noticed. 1, it's impossible to train your characters without a mouse and 2, when using abilities that require tile placements, it will have one already highlighted, but deselecting it is only like 2 extra taps.
