PVP results are put up after everyone one for at least 12 hours. the only way to see where you are in PVE now is to be there as soon as the nod ends or keep track of people score and paper and hope you can figure out what Rank you placed.
AND why not show all the placement ranks
like the 4 star you would see who is in 20th 50th and 100th so you have an idea how much you need to keep grinding
