Spring Sale Timing Sucks - Prior Announcement Would be Nice

Friday is when most people get paid. Why not have to sale end on Friday?

Also, this totally screws folks who spent money in game in the last 3 days. I made a purchase on Friday that I would have held off on if I had known there was a sale coming.

Can we at least get a sale calendar or some announcement prior? I can't imagine there's some mysterious reason not to.

    Submit a ticket, if you made a purchase right before a sale, CS will usually comp you the difference, as long as it is within around 3 days

    Probably depends on who you are. I was told they would gladly compensate me if the purchase was within 24 hours but since I bought Thursday and I don't throw piles of money at them (okay, I read between the lines on the second part) they couldn't help me and sent me a link to the forum that supposedly has a currency sale policy.
