Leveling question.

Is a 4/1/3 four-story Jean worth sinking iso into yet? My only real options at the 4* tier are

4* 5/5/2
2/5/4
4* 3/4/3

Thanks in advance for any advice. I'm pretty fed up with my current roster of 15 champed 3*s. This latest PvE has shown me I need other options with some pop. And nothing deters folks at my level like a decent-levelled Jean.

Yes you should level her. There's nothing wrong with keeping your 4* characters at their level softcap. Jean will eventually be useful, same for Thor. For the non-top tier characters like XFW and Fury, maybe bring them up a little, or keep them around 200. You're not going to place high in PVP with a 8-cover 4*, but it should help you in a lot of other ways.
