Enemy of the State Survey Link

I didn't have time to complete the survey that popped up earlier today, so I just closed it, knowing that I would be able to get back to it it via the News section under settings in the Help Tab.

Except... It's not there at all. The top news was from 3/24 and is about the iOS 6 incompatibility.

I would very much like to complete the survey. So if there's a way to send me a direct link, I'd very much appreciate it.
