the target on PVE

I suggest to change the top target in PVE, ( now is a legend token ) in a determined four star.
It' s very frustrating play hardly for a week get an invisible woman blue again.
I lost the count how many I got.

If the ultimate target it is known i can decide to play or not.

    Unfortunately, this is probably why they won't change it.
    Considering how common fourstars are in the game Environment though it should be easier to get them.

    Agree with above poster, and in that vein, I'd suggest rather than replacing the CP (which 5* transitioners need to throw away to RNGesus), they simply add the fixed cover(s?) past the current progression. Something like 15% more and 30% more would work well to get more 4* out in the wild.

    I'd suggested adding a 4* as a progression reward in the changes thread. The dev said they had nothing to say about it, really.

    Shame because the meta has shifted away from 3* yet the progression still works on a 2*-3* meta. They really should add a single cover for that PvE's required 4* near the end.
