Where should I put my ISO next? [Poll]

I've got 8 champed 4*s: JG, IMHB, Iceman, Cyke, Rulk, XFDP, XFW, Carnage. I feel like I've gotten to the point where I could slow down on my 4*s if I wanted to. I've got most of the good ones champed, and if we have a week where none of my 8 champed are boosted they are still going to be better than just about any combo of other boosted 4*s. So what to do???

Should I champ another 4* (Thing, Kingpin, X-23, Ant-man, 4Thor, ProfX, Ghost Rider, Fury, Flaptain, Elektra, Star Lord, Mr. F - all have 13 covers)
Continue to level my ProfX dupe (4/5/0)
Champ some 3*s (BP, KK, IM40)
Level some 5*s (3/0/1 Phoenix, 0/0/3 BSS)
Champ some more 2*s for 3* rewards

With your 4* game already super strong you should move to 5* game. To do that you need LT tokens and champing 3* is one simple way to get them. So I would go for that in you case.

agreed. the 3s you listed are very good, top tier 3s that would not hurt to champ anyway. depending on how close thing and x23 are to 270, I might look at finishing the top tier 3s at least. if any of the thing/x23/kp/4thor bunch are close, then finish them.

I have ProfX at 220 (old winfinite max) and none of the others are higher than 166, so that's like 300k+ ISO or so? BP and KK are at level 120 or 130 or so, IM40 at 40.

IM40 is now (arguably) the best support 3*. He works fantasticly well with Thoress and IceMan. I would go for him if he is not properly speced (5 yellow).

Yeah, if I had Thoress already maxed IM40 would be next on my list no question. I think he would work well enough with Iceman to at least try him out anyway though, so I spent about a day's worth of ISO to take him to 120 last night, and if I don't pull a BP or KK cover I'll probably champ him next.

    Thanks!

im40 works nearly as good with cyke as 4thor. and with ice, he's crazy good. good with xpool and i imagine crazy good with carnage for a one time shot at a node. to me, for a 4* player like you, im40 is the most useful 3* out there - more than fist or cyke or hood. edit: forgot another big one...witch.

I agree; I'd go with IM40 next, and then it would depend on where you are with the other 4*s.

    Yes, from 166, a 4* is just a hair over 300k to level-max.

Thing and X-23 are the two I would be thinking the most about. Or maybe Ant-Man as an OML counter.

I definitely wouldn't be thinking about the 5*s until you have quite a few more covers.
  • Been using IM40 a bit here and there and I definitely think he is a strong addition to my roster. He really accelerates anyone with a red, blue, or even green main ability. I used him with Rulk in this PvP since Rulk was boosted and it was really great for shield hopping because it was so much faster than my Rulk/IMHB team (which is obviously better on defense). Been using him in PvE as well - also with boosted Rulk and OML to tank yellow and protect IM40.

I also tried him out with Iceman in sim and that works really well too. In like 5 turns I can whiteout, stun, and punch whatever high health character is left.

So yeah, I was skeptical, but I have to admit that adding IM40 has definitely been a useful use of my ISO - even as an established 4* player.
