Event Reward Scaling

In playing the current Enemy of the State (03/17/16) we as a playing community have the opportunity to play-test a new scaling mechanic.
While this (so far) has been a mix of favorable and unfavorable features... the one aspect that doesn't seem fair is the reward system.

As you proceed to further progression on each node, the events scale rather significantly... however, the rewards remain the same. The reward system is entirely too modest to begin with.

The new scaling mechanism will cost players significantly more resources (Health Packs, Boosts, Team-ups) in order to play competitively... yet, there is no increase in compensation for victory to support the increase in difficulty / increase in resource expenditure.

Proposal:
Allow the reward system to take account of your level, the level of the enemy, and the level of difficulty.
1* & 2* players could get by with the current reward system... as their levels and progression do not require very much iso-8 in comparison.
3* & 4* players ** NEED ** rewards to be revisited. The iso-8 requirements are on the magnitude of 3,000 per level. Yet events that are scaled above our level (significantly so in some instances) are rewarding 70 iso-8. To advance a single 4* character ONE level would require 42-43 victories with that modest reward.
I cannot speak for 5* players (as I have yet to draw one, though have all but two 4*s championed), but I can interpolate the very same observation.

Event reward tokens drop too infrequently (in general), and the rewards are too modest for some... yet can be over powered for others (luck dependent) since there is no scaling factored into token redemption either. For the 4* and 5* level players... WHY would we ever want a standard token when most of us have those characters fully maximized?
For the 1* players who get lucky on an event turn-in and pull a 4* character... what is their incentive to roster any 3* tier players when they can get 4* players from event drops?

In sum,
I think we should open the discussion of a more dynamic reward system.... especially in the setting of this new PvE event scaling.

    I have the idea of going in World of Warcraft with Lv10 in Naxxramas and going in with Lv70 and battle for the same rewards since the fight is much more harder.
