teamup tile problem?

I thought I read a ways back that when you defeat an opponent you have a chance at earning a teamup.

When you do win one if it was below the level of your team it would scale up to its max. So a 2 star would go to 94 a 3 to 166 if your team is higher leveled than that.

But if you were facing a higher leveled opponent, one that scaled off the charts of its tiers norm (such as a level 200 2* wolvie) you would always receive that boosted level.

Was this changed? Or do I not remember it correctly? All I get from enemy of the state missions is a 94 wolverine when he is 200+.

    yes it was changed and then changed again. you could get 395 hulk teamups by beating the hulk in his event.

    now if you beat a 250 venom you get a lvl 40 devour. so you can beat all the 300+ wolverines this event will throw at you and get flooded with lvl 94 adam slashes.

    Well they should at least buff them up to max champ level then if your team is higher.
