Phoenix's Psychic Flames has inaccurate description

The move's description ends with this:
If there are 5 or more friendly special tiles, also creates 2 strength 259 Black enemy Attack tiles.

In the gameplay it only counts Strike, Attack and Protect tiles as friendly special tiles. Other moves that mention friendly special tiles, like Logan's Still Sharp, include Countdowns, Traps, etc.

    This game lacks consistent nomenclature in some areas. Special Tile is one problem as are Strongest Color, Drain/Steal, etc.

    If we had a specific term for strike/attack/protect tiles (bonus tiles maybe?) and could use that consistently in ability text, things would be a lot clearer.
