Delete MPQ Profile on Steam and Start Over

I'm trying to delete my MPQ profile on Steam and start over from scratch. I've created a new Steam user, however, each time I install and launch MPQ, it comes up with my old saved game data. I want to start over new, from scratch. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? Thanks for your help.
