PVP prizes could stand to be improved --

Individual placement prizes for the different formats feels out of whack:

PVE players ranking in the top
0.2% - 3x 4* covers + 3x 3* covers
0.5% - 2x 4* covers + 3x 3* covers
1.0% - 1x 4* covers + 3x 3* covers
2.0% - 3x 3* covers
10.0% - 2x 3* covers
20.% - 1x 3* covers

PVP players ranking in the top:
0.2% - 1x 4* cover + 3x 3* covers
1.0% - 3x 3* covers
2.0% - 2x 3* covers
5.0% - 2x 3* covers
20.0% - 1x 3* covers

(I list the prizes in percentile rather than absolute placements because PVE tends to have brackets with 2x as many people as PVP.)
I'm not factoring in the progression prizes because (theoretically) anyone placing in these tiers is probably making top progression.

I don't want to make a value judgement between the 2 formats, but why is PVE so much more generous than PVP? Shouldn't those ratios come a little closer to matching? Especially given the scoring dilation that 5*s are creating at the top end of brackets?

Also - when these prize tiers were created - the 4* was the top of the heap from a meta perspective. Now you are saying that a 1/500 player is only going to be awarded a single cover for a character a WHOLE STAR LEVEL below the top tier meta?! And everyone else can go kick rocks?
