Heroic token and some other issues...

There is some things that make me furious-first of all; several times (three to be honest) I was withheld for some heroic tokens. For example: my rank in California was in a 11-50 group. Award for that is heroic token and 250 iso. And I was informed by the game it self that that was my reward. But there wasnt any heroic token to take! Nothing in the rooster either! ****? I think that some reasnoble explanation from you developers will come. And it would be nice to give me what I have deserved playin this game.
