Having the hardest time restarting my acount

For the last couple of days I have been having a back and forth talk with the support team to get my file restarted and have been getting the same responses such as them asking why I want to restart and if I am fine with losing everything(I am). It has gone on so long that I am losing out on really good events and possible rewards such as quake.
