Who to spend my iso in

Right now i have about 40k iso from the current pve event, looking to finish with around 50k.

The problem is i'm having a hard time deciding who to level up, my candidates are:

Hulk lvl 117 - that much iso should take him close to lvl 140

IM40 lvl102 but i need more covers for him, maybe wait till i get one

Patches at lvl 89, same story as IM, need at least one more cover

Punisher lvl 61, that much iso should take him to the 90's

Spiderman and C-Mags both at lvl 56, but with them getting nerfed soon ........

    Punisher for sure.

    Punisher and hulk. IM 40 screws himself too much, and patch throws down too many strikes for the opponent.
