Should we feel robbed?

I know I'm beating a dead horse here, but something definitely needs to be done. I've only been playing for a couple of weeks and have spent some money on packs. Only to feel completely robbed of my hard earned cash. No, you don't force me to buy anything, I chose to do so willingly, to enhance my cards and my game experience.
It is sad to drop 15-20 dollars and not even get a rare and it has happened to me more than once. Very disheartening and leaves a horrible taste in my mouth.
You have a good fun game, why not give a little more for it before you kill it?
Until rates are better or there is some sort of guarantee
I Refuse to spend any more of my hard earned money to feel like I just got robbed.
I do enjoy this game and I want to continue to enjoy and support you and your product.
I hope you read this and seriously consider making your customers happier.
