Make heroic tokens great again

I'm suggesting a change to the rewards for heroic and standard tokens; guarantee a 3* hero at least with heroic tokens and up the 2* percentage on standard tokens. Getting a 2* hero with a heroic token is a major letdown and definitely does not feel heroic in the least. Getting a 3* at least feels like the token was worthwhile, even if it isn't directly useful for training a character.

Doing so would accomplish a few things:
- Help new players progress faster
- Help midrange players get through the 2*-3* transition faster
- Give veteran players more ISO8 to help the massive leveling costs of 4* and 5* characters

Especially given the game's focus on 4* and 5* characters I think this would be a welcome change. It would give a boost to all types of players and would not be an overpowering change that would kill the game's balance.

Would it be better or worse if they converted both the standard and heroic tokens to be vaults? At least in that scenario patience would obviously pay off...

A vault would be better than the current system I think but not as good as my suggestion imo. I am not a huge fan of the vaults to begin with, hoarding tokens to game the system is not fun. I generally use my DP tokens every day, I would rather have that tiny chance to be surprised every day rather than hoard for a few weeks and then be pissed if the odds don't play out for me.

It doesn't have to be "guarantee". Significantly increase chance would do.
