PvP Battle Reward Improvements?

Weird moment, started my climb this afternoon and after the first battle the reward was not a cover 70, 140, or 250 iso, but instead it was 1000 iso. I did a double take and even double checked my iso tracker to make sure it wasn't just a display glitch.

Did I miss that announcement? Was I just really lucky? Or are they finally adding those other 'quality of life' things?


Before it's asked, no it wasn't the progression reward for season/pvp. Besides it appearing like a cover in not in that stupid little window, my scores went from 785 to 830 in Spidey, season from 2200ish->2300ish

    I got 1 CP once, and only once, (I think it was last season) for a PvP win...I just chalked it up as a glitch and moved on. But who knows, they refuse to communicate anything, good OR bad, around here, so maybe?
