    Mine are at 280 after the 2nd clear. My top 3 non-boosted characters are 277, 277, 275. top 3 boosted characters are 277, 277, 276.

    My top three boosted are 355, 355, 273; top three non-boosted - 275, 275, 273. So it looks like the initial scaling is based on boosted levels, and then "performance scaling" adds up. And using low-level characters does not make opponent's levels increase... (Highest lvl I'm using for pve is ~170 champed 3stars).
