Is there any way to track the progress of a CS ticket?

I put in a request to customer support 11 days ago and provided all the documentation they requested within a day, but have not heard anything from CS since then despite chasing them up via email after a waiting a week.

Does anyone know if there is a way to find out if a ticket is still being looked into and/or what progress has been made with it so far?
