26 4* Characters at 3.5% each makes 91%

3 5* Characters at 3.3% each makes 9.9%

Are the displayed numbers just rounded off and the actual numbers 3.46% and 3.33%?

    Yes, they're rounded. The 5* are all at 3.33333... each and the 4* share equal odds of the remaining 90%. With 26 4* in the pool, that's more like 3.4615384615%

    I think they should give us three significant digits, instead of a fixed number of decimal places. 3.46% is more informative.
