@ what level does 5* effect scaling?

I got a 255 OML (3-2-1) and want to start dumping ISO into him but I'm afraid my scaling will go crazy. At what lvl does scaling change? I got 4-4*( max covered) around lvl200 and 6-4* (max covered) between 180 and 166. I'm still heavy into PVE and don't want to screw up my scaling. Need a little advice!
By the way I also got Pheonix, SS, and Black Spidey (lvl 255)
