    went to the wrong event thread and hopped into 5 around 550 icon_e_sad.gif . t20 is probably off the table. blegh - stupid mistakes icon_lol.gif . up to 800 now. leader cipherdan with 7294.

    Not to sound pessimistic.. but I've counted 4 brackets already.. according to past events, there are usually only 4, with the last one usually being filled up to around 700..

    I might be wrong and you might be lucky to get a fresh slice 3 bracket on the last day. But, I've never seen it happened in the last 6 months. (I guess there are still less than 4000 vets playing this time slice)

    It depends on how necessary it is for you to join this slice: if you can't grind in the other time slices, in my opinion, it's better to join now so you could still get a chance for a top100 or even top20 finish.
    I hear everything you're saying... I've just got family business that means I won't be able to start yet... so I just have to gamble on another slice flip. The daylight savings switch is also going to hurt me... but I guess that's just how it goes.

    doesn't look like anyone is asking, but my 5 just hit 1000. leader is still cipherdan now with 8748 pts. good luck - this is the flip I was wanting to hit lol

    I've joined a slice 4 with 550 people, but I'm not 100% sure it's a vet bracket. (I think it is?)

    Leaders are Seraph, Siluette and webok with scores in the 7000-8000 range.

    I'll try to keep it updated during the event as much as I can, but I'm going to see the Deadpool movie tomorrow so hope it won't fill then (or when I'm asleep of course).

    At the moment it stands at 459 with about 1.5 hours left in the first sub.

    Are you vet? I joined slice 5 and it was at 700. I should be in vet, but maybe not.

    dunno, I took the heroic off 2 events ago and finished 500ish, but t10ed brotherhood with 126K (fresh bracket midway through day 1, but a lazy-ish bracket there). my t15 there included some well known alliances (skynet, dead serious, shakenbake, italia, dark matter, etc), but I'm not familiar with all the top pve alliances. I assumed this one is vet, but I'd be stoked if it wasn't.

    It probably is and simply filled quickly. Can't have been open that long since the top guy had about 6k points.

    So it's been 4 hours since I joined and this slice 4 bracket is only at 730 people, about +50 ppl/hr. Again, I'm only 90% sure this is a vet bracket (leaders are up to 8-9k now), but at this pace, there's a decent chance it won't fill until day 2.

    I'll do one better -- I'll update this post (semi-) live over the next 30-60 minutes as S4 fills. And then I expect there'll be a mad grind for the final hour by people going for top 10s.

    Current: 1000 (9:45p EST)

    Edit: OK, says it's full now. Might want to wait 3-5 minutes to make sure you don't get entered as player #1001. icon_e_biggrin.gif
