3* with 2 Skills

Are these characters actually going to get a third skill?? I'm curious to know whether to expect Rags/Loki/Dr. Doom to ever gain a new skill and if there is any idea when that might happen?

    They should add a new skill to Doom and make him a 4*

    IceIX did mention that Rags should get a 3rd power eventually. Based on that, I don't see why they couldn't/wouldn't add a 3rd to others. There has been no timeframe given so I would not expect a change to the number of powers any time soon. When it happens, I'm sure they will do their due diligence and let everyone know ahead of time.
