Tile icons flipping back and forth between characters?

What is that stemming from?

I have been trying to use Vision a lot, so I originally thought it was just with his new...uhm....."buff".....but I just did the big enchilada and did not use vision. I could sworn that my tiles were flipping back and forth between the three characters that I was using.

Has something changed that we were not made aware of or am I just out of the loop?

    There's a visual bug with your characters being stunned, but their tile symbols remaining on the board. Same thing happened to me in DDQ today where OBW was stunned but her symbol remained on the board, yet matching blue tiles did not activate espionage (nor did i think it would since she was stunned).

    If this is happening other times and your characters haven't been stunned, then perhaps this visual bug goes deeper than originally thought.

    edit: forgot to add that they do switch, but not immediately upon being stunned like they used to, they switch after you take your next turn and it gets passed back to the opponent.
