Phoenix - Revival AP Change

Phoenix is now reviving with no AP cost changes to her purple or red.

Before it would go from 7 purple and 9 red to 8 purple and 6 red.
Now it just stays 7 purple and 9 red all the time.

Is this a bug?
Intentional?

Can you clarify what the bug is/was?
Was rebirth changing the ap cost on purple and red a bug, or is the ap cost remaining the same before and after rebirth the bug

... Still waiting for a response on this. Was the bug the ap increase on purple and decrease on red, or is the current state (no change to ap cost on either ability after resurrection) the bug?
