Change Health Packs to health pack tokens

There are times when the health pack progression award or taco token doesn' do much because of the bad timing. Would it be possible to change them into health pack tokens so I can use them when the time is right for me? The vault could hold only 10 health packs and would refresh daily or some other type of constraint.

I don't like when I hit the pve progression health pack and then just go to sleep wasting it immediatly when I would love to use health pack at some other crucial time.
