Disputing turns when a new Wave begins.

This isn't a bug, as the game is presumably working "as intended", but it feels like an oversight.
(Wave battle)
Enemy team (low HP) attacked with a power.
Storm (Classic) countered with Raging Tempest.
Raging Tempest killed all remaining enemies in the wave.
Exquisite Technique triggers
Iron Fist & co. appear
Next wave officially "begins".
Iron Fist makes a match.
I understand that since the earlier enemy team was downed before making a match, it was still technically "their turn", but it seems shady that there wouldn't be an end-of-wave turnover if the enemy's turn had already started before they all get downed.
Furthermore, the fact that Exquisite Technique triggered suggests that it was the beginning of the enemies' new turn.

The Exquisite Technique thing might be related to the common bug where enemy passives can sometimes fire before their wave has properly rotated in. There's been a lot of threads about that one, mostly concerning Captain Marvel's Energy Absorption as that was the most common vector.
However, I'd be interested to see if this can be reproduced via an enemy using match damage to trigger Raging Tempest. You'd probably need to use Patch's Berserker Rage to give the enemy enough attack strength, then hope that they don't use a power on you.
Then, once they've been KOed by Raging Tempest, see if they get another chance to turn the board, or whether it passes to you. If it's the former, then the game is most likely treating the arrival of a new wave during the enemy turn (rather than at the beginning of it) as a new turn for the enemy team, which would explain Exquisite Technique firing.0
