Mook Guide?

So there's guides for PvE, guides for PvP, guides for every analysis of playable characters you can think of, and they all are useful.

I have looked fairly extensively, and even tried using the search function, but nowhere do I see a guide on the Goons. Who does what damage, at what scale level. Which creates which kind of tile, who needs what colour, who generates what colour.

Did someone make one and I missed it? Am I the only one who's curious as to what each of the 'backup singers' can do to the point where I'm thinking an actual write up is not a bad plan?
