I just claimed my daily reward thinking it was for Feb 29th. Now on the expanded daily rewards it says March and shows two more calendar days. Hopefully tomorrow it will reset properly but it saying March at the top doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.

Works for me since it already was march in Europe when I received it. I guess that's just the confusing stuff that happens when you have people from different time zones

Mine looks fine, but no matter how often I click the 'Collect' button, the 50 runes do not become mine! The Collect button flashes then returns to being available!

EDIT: OK, I rebooted my phone and now it's showing that I've claimed the reward. No idea if I got it, but at least the 'Extra Reward' now says 1/21

Hi Everyone -

I just wanted to note that the daily rewards clock resets at midnight UTC everyday. You must collect your reward in each of these 24 hour periods each day. We are working on making the clock work more in the favor to everyone's time zones in a future update.

It did not fix itself today. For March 1 it gave me the 30th reward of the month and it says its for March. My daily rewards did not reset for the month.

There is a bigger issue then this, I just collected day 30 for Feb and I believe the patch to put this system in was on the 2nd, so the max days possible should have only been 27 or 28. It will be March 3rd in in 8 hours 30 minutes and I will be receiving 1550 runes for the 31st day of the month reward. I am assuming it will start over after that.

I think it's that you will now receive the first march daily reward because the last February reward was greyed out. And that was these 1550 runes.
But always hard to predict what will happen in a system that doesn't run as it should.

I expect that I will collect 1550 runes when it becomes available later today and then I will get nothing until the start of April. That is what happened to me when December didn't reset. I finished off December in mid January and had no daily rewards until Feb started. I took that as a wash since I got the Fat Pack from Dec that others didn't but I didn't get the one in Jan.

I have the same issue... 2 days of crystals then a nissa reward. Nothing happens if I click on the collect button and expanding shows a blank box. I submitted a ticket but nothing has happened yet. Did you get this resolved?

No its still not resolved. I checked in a week ago to see if there was any progress. Below is a portion of their reply.

Unfortunately, we do not have any additional information to provide. We will be retroactively compensating players for any days they missed due to this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we will contact you when we have more information.

So with the promise that they'll cover the missed days I'll sit and wait. Hopefully it will all come in as a big bundle timed to match new cards or planeswalkers available.

Sounds like a fair compensation. Not like the 2 3-packs that we got for ladder reset and crashes.

I'm in the exact same spot with the exact same update.

when are we going to see this fixed?

i dont want another **** fat pack as a compensation, i want everything i could have gotten in a whole month of loging in

from a pic posted before in this thread we need to be given:

for the 21 days that are missing from this month so far

6900 runes
80 crystal
4 5-cards-pack
the 21 daily rewards monthly reward

and this is SO far, the month is not over yet

I just got a message that the problem was fixed and to force close and restart.... but didn't work for me. Anyone else?

I got the same message but it did not fix the issue for me either.

The next response was to uninstall and reinstall. That also did not fix the issue.

Having this issue as well. Glad I'm not alone, but wish there was a fix in recent patch instead of having to deal with this.

April seems to be working as expected. The real test will be if May functions.
