Looking for roster advice

Hi, I'm a new member of the forum but have been a regular visitor since I started playing MPQ around 500 days ago.

I have now championed all 3 characters but don't have a 4 above 200 yet. I have 10-13 covers for most, but generally the wrong covers. Of the 5/6 strongest 4 characters my only useable one is Cyclops at 4-5-3 at level 140.

I have however been fortunate with pulls and have these 5 s still at level 255.

0-4-4
3-4-1
3-2-1

Is it worth levelling up any of the 5 s yet and if so who would they play well with given they don't have a lot of offensive capability yet? If not I guess I'll get back to work levelling up 4 s whilst waiting for that elusive .
