PvP: Heats with 5* teams are a foregone conclusion

Hi MPQ Community:
I know that MPQ strives to optimize matchmaking so that heats are competitive and relevant to roster power levels. Has anyone noticed maxed out 5* rosters in their heats even though your own are not even close to that power? I have seen this in my PvP heats and is absolutely not competitive by any means.
