Created alliance not showing up in search

I created an alliance for friends to join but it's only showing up for some people in the search and not others. I did a search for my own alliance and it's not showing up. Any suggestions?

    If theres more than 1 word in your alliance name try just searching for one of the words.

    For some reason multiple words dont search properly.
