Hangarback Walker + Act of Treason death bug?

When I use Act of treason on opponent's Hangarback walker, all 3+ gems matchings until end of my turn give Thopters to me, not to my opponent, there is all right.
If I use Fiery Conclusion on "my" Hangarback walker and it dies, my opponent gets 8 Thopters, not me. I think that Thopters are given to player controls walker at death moment, aren't they? Or walker instantly returns to opponent after death and it's "after death" effect calculated after control returning?

The thopters used to be ours, but they have changed it.
Also, if your opponent already has other thopters out (say a 2/2 thopter)

You steal the Hangarback Walker intending to deal 5 damage to the 2/2 thopter.

What actually happens is the sacrifice happens, then the opponent's thopter becomes buffed to a 10/10 and THEN finally the 10/10 thopter takes 5 damage and becomes a 10/5.

So yeah, basically every interaction with this card has been changed to behave incorrectly.
