Missing Rewards (Daily and Extra)

Hi, I just logged in to get my extra reward i.e. 1 x Fat pack for logging in at least 21 times this month.

When trying to open the Fat pack, I keep getting a connection error. After I restarted the app, the Fat pack is now gone.

This applies to the Daily reward as well, have not been getting these consistently.

Please help, thanks!
