    The color scheme might fit 3* Bullseye too, other than that I am out of ideas.

    his boots don't match, 3* Bullseye has white boots. So does Punisher. I'm not sure whose feet those are.

    Since they have the goons in the graphics too, I have a feeling it's one of the Hand Ninja's.

    The stance still makes me Think Punisher though.
    I see Grey round toed boots, with baggy black packs above them. Punisher has bright white squarish boots with tight black pants that tuck into them with no bagginess.

    It's the baggy pants that seems to eliminate almost every hero that is playable.
