Shields should be cheaper when purchased early on

Front-running in pvp is very challenging. You're putting a target on your back and making it easier for everyone else to score. Plus it's massively expensive to buy a lot of shields, such as 8/3/8/3/8, 8/3/24/2, etc.

The earlier you shield, the cheaper it should be. There should be a discount until say 24 hours before the event ends. Then it should be normal price. This will encourage more people to score and shield earlier and should see an increase in shield sales.

The challenge is that you only earn around 250 HP per event (100 HP from progression, 50 HP from top 50 and 100 HP from alliance, if you and your alliance are very good), so do more than 8/3, and you'll be net negative HP per event. Do 8/3/8/3/8 etc and you'll be very net negative. This way you'll be a little less net negative, so it will be more worthwhile.
