sorting when editing deck doesn't work at first

Whenever you try to sort your cards by an order, the next time you try to edit your deck the sort order is forgotten until you make a change to your deck. It displays the correct sorting, it just doesn't actually sort them. (By sorting, I mean the option to change # desc, # asc, alpha desc, etc.)

It's also incredibly jarring to add/remove an item and go back to the first page of your cards every time. It'd be a nice usability improvement to make it remember which page of cards you were on.
